Short Survey intended to gain information for STUDENT Activities at future Annual Symposiums

We would like ALL STUDENTS, GRADUATES, AND EDUCATORS OF ENTRY INTO PRACTICE PROGRAMS WHO DID or DID NOT ATTEND THE OCTOBER 2025 ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM to complete this 12 question survey by February 27^th, so the SEC (Student Engagement Committee) can review the results and develop recommendations to present during our upcoming BOD meeting that is scheduled for March 6^th
